Climate
the tropical rainforest is the wettest terestrial biome in the world and one of the warmesst. The average percipitation is 2,000 to 10,000 milimeters a year. The average temperature is 20° to 25° degrees celcius (68°-77° F) and is fairly consistent through out the year. There is no warm season and cold season. As you can see by the picture below Tropical rainforests are all very near the equator. Between the tropic of cancer and the tropic of capricorn. Tropical rain forests can be found in Africa, South America, and southern Asia especially in Indonesia and Brazil.
Soil
Althought the troplical rainforest supports tons of trees and plants the soil is not very fertile. because there are so many plants drawing nutrients from the ground al the nutrients are being sucked up as soon as they are put in the soil therefore there is never any left over nutrients making the soil seem very poor even though it is able to support so much life.
